1. Language
   The official conference language is English and there will be no interpreting services.
2. Registration Desk for presenters
   Please visit the registration desk for presenters on Building B, Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto to be checked your presence before going to the session room.
3. Session schedule
   Please make sure to check the conference website or a message board the registration desk for the most up-to-date session schedule for the time and place of your presentation.
4. Presentations previews
   Please go to the designated session room to conduct previews at the break (coffee or lunch) before your session. Staff will be present at the venue, so please ask them for instructions. Please come back to the session room about 5 minutes prior to the beginning of your session.
5. Session and presentation time
   All sessions are of 90 minutes.
   If 4 presentations are to be made 15-18 minutes each.
   If 5 presentations are to be made 12-15 minutes each.
6. Brief Bio
   Please prepare a brief bio of about 5 to 10 lines to give to your session chair.
7. Presentation materials
   Please use Microsoft Power Point.
8. Presentation equipment
   Only computer and data projector will be provided. Equipment will not be provided for OHPs, slides or other formats.
9. Presentation method
   Please send your presentation in .ppt format in advance to porto@atrs2010.org, or provide a copy of the file to the Registration Desk when you arrive, in order to better prepare all presentation sessions. If you are not able to send your presentation in advance please bring your presentation on USB flash memory or CD-ROM.
